ak4444 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age and Capacity

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

1.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are required to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

1.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ak4444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

1.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ak4444. If you already hold a registered account, you must not create an additional account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ak4444 will close all but the original account and may, at its sole discretion, void any bonuses or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts.

1.5 Geographic Restrictions

ak4444 is operated and marketed primarily for players located in Bangladesh. Access from certain jurisdictions may be restricted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. ak4444 accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

2.1 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the payment method used and any account-level restrictions that may apply following verification review. ak4444 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

2.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ak4444 account balance within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via Rocket and Upay may take up to 5 minutes. ak4444 is not liable for delays caused by the payment service providers themselves.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. ak4444 may request additional verification before releasing funds. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering obligations. ak4444 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

2.4 Payment Method Ownership

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Use of a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited. Any such transactions will be voided, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

2.5 Currency

All account balances, wagers, bonuses, and winnings are expressed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). ak4444 does not operate accounts in any other currency and does not offer currency conversion services.

3.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who hold a verified account in good standing.
• Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, each bonus may be claimed once per player, household, device, and IP address.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• ak4444 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus promotion specifies a wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) that determines the total amount you must wager before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Only wagers placed on qualifying games or markets count toward the wagering requirement, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded games do not contribute to the requirement.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematically exploiting promotions through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any other method deemed by ak4444 to constitute bonus abuse will result in voiding of any associated bonus funds and winnings, and may lead to account suspension. ak4444's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

3.4 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the individual promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without compensation.

4.1 Acceptance of Bets

ak4444 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes, without limitation, where a wager is suspected to be placed in breach of these Terms or where the integrity of an event is in question.

4.2 Odds and Pricing

All odds and prices are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted and confirmed by the system are the odds at which the bet is settled, unless an obvious error has occurred. ak4444 reserves the right to void and re-settle bets affected by manifest pricing errors.

4.3 System Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software defect that results in a wager being placed at incorrect odds, or a game being played under erroneous conditions, ak4444 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a system error will not be honoured.

4.4 Live and In-Play Betting

Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time. Bets accepted during a suspension will be voided. ak4444 does not guarantee continuous availability of any live market. Settlement of in-play bets is based on the official result of the event as confirmed by the relevant governing body, including the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), ICC, FIFA, or equivalent authority.

4.5 RNG Games and Casino

All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games use certified algorithms to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play, and are subject to those providers' own game rules in addition to these Terms. ak4444 is not responsible for errors or interruptions attributable solely to a third-party game provider's systems.

5.1 Prohibited Actions

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or manipulate any part of the ak4444 platform, including its games, payment systems, or promotional mechanisms.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any other competitive gaming format.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting, or any corrupt practice in relation to any sporting event.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Registering more than one account or permitting any other person to use your account.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service with the intent of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.

6.1 Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. ak4444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately secure your account credentials.

6.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ak4444 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. ak4444 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. Any wagers placed on your account prior to notification of unauthorised access remain the responsibility of the account holder unless fraud is definitively established.

6.3 Two-Factor Authentication

ak4444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. Players who enable 2FA accept sole responsibility for managing their registered mobile number and SMS access.

8.1 Platform Availability

ak4444 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. ak4444 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak4444 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if ak4444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 No Guarantee of Winnings

All games and betting markets on ak4444 involve risk. There is no guarantee of winning and past results do not predict future outcomes. By participating, you accept the inherent risk of financial loss. ak4444 is not liable for any losses you sustain through normal gameplay.

8.4 Third-Party Services

ak4444 integrates third-party services including game providers (Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming) and payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). ak4444 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Their use is also subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your ak4444 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the ordinary course. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

9.2 Closure by ak4444

ak4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete identity verification within required timeframes; or any other reason ak4444 determines to be in the interest of the platform or its player community. In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming page or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are enforced strictly and cannot be reversed before the agreed exclusion period expires.

11.1 Disputes with ak4444

11.2 Escalation

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by ak4444, acting reasonably. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.
